The college undertakes various programmes for slow learners through remedial classes, scheme for students for entry in services. For slow learners Remedial courses, Coaching classes and Students counselling program are initiated.
Every batch of new students in each department is assigned a tutor. The head of the department along with the class tutor interacts with the student and parents in order to identify areas of student potential as well as areas where remedial assistance is required. This session is specifically for the students to interact with their respective class teachers regarding their curricular and co-curricular needs. The College encourage student-student support system through helping the academically weaker students by the high performers.Remedial Coaching and Student Support Programme are ways devised by the college to help academically weaker students. The remedial programme with the support of UGC is designed on the basis of departments’ analysis at the beginning of every semester regarding students’ performance.The bridge courses differ from year to year as per the requirements of a given batch.
