ED CLUB

Ed club is established in the NASRA college to promote entrepreneurship culture among students and build a strong entrepreneurship ecosystem The Club equips the new generation youth with the skills, techniques, attitudes and confidence to act as the torch bearers of enterprise. The State Government is encouraging the initiatives to promote Entrepreneurship among the students. The Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Kerala, in association with Education Department formulated a Scheme to set up “Entrepreneurship Development Clubs in colleges of the state to insulate “Entrepreneurship Culture “ among the Youth. It aims to set up an entrepreneurship culture among youth in the educational institutions. We strive to develop the entrepreneurship skills among the student community and to equip them with professional skills like coordination, commitment, self reliance, confidence and self-determination.

• OBJECTIVES OF THE CLUB

  • To inculcate integrity, hard work, discipline, honesty, etc, as constituents of Entrepreneurship.
  • To make students aware of the unlimited development potential of the state.
  • To inculcate entrepreneurial culture in the students.
  • To induct Entrepreneurial spirit in the institutions.
  • To motivate the members into the industrial activity.
  • To organize industrial visits.
  • To provide expertise and leadership to small scale entrepreneurs.
  • Conduct exhibitions to explore the talents of the students.
  • To organize seminars, debates, workshops & special coaching camps.
