The Department of Economics Association, KERDOS 2K26, was inaugurated on 3rd February 2025 at 1.30 PM in the Seminar Hall. The programme began with a welcome speech by Ms. Kavya, Assistant Professor, followed by the presidential address by Ms. Noorjahan, Head of the Department of Economics. The programme was formally inaugurated by Dr. Zubair P, Principal. The overall coordination and support for the successful conduct of the programme were provided by Mr. Yasir Ramzan, Assistant Professor, whose commitment contributed greatly to the smooth execution of the event. The chief guest, Mr. Rashik C. M., Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Ideal Arts and Science College, Cherpulassery, delivered a session on the Scope of Economics, highlighting career opportunities and emerging areas in the field. Ms. Ayisha Jamseera, Vice Principal, delivered the felicitation address. As part of the programme, mementos were presented to the toppers of the First, Third and Fifth semesters in recognition of their academic excellence. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Anas, Association Secretary. The inauguration of KERDOS 2K26 was conducted successfully and was highly beneficial for the students..
